- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup panko crumbs

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 cups marinara sauce

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In two separate shallow dishes, place the panko crumbs/seasonings mixture& beaten eggs.

3. Filet the chicken breasts in half then dip in beaten egg yolk, then into panko/seasoning mixture!

4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides. (25minutes per side)

  1. After baking for 25 minutes on both sides, add a layer of marinara sauce, then topped with mozzarella cheese. Place back in oven for 5 minutes
